My routine previously consisted of an occasional facemask before bed, a facial exfoliation once every two/three days, and moisturising everyday. A routine that barely got me through the first week of summer, last year, before I found my face breaking out. This year I have introduced a daily skincare routine that enables me to get through different types of days that we have had this summer so I thought I would share with you guys, the products that I have found to really work for me!
I swear I'm not going to be saying this at the beginning of every blog post for the next year, but I cannot believe that we are already into February! I feel at this point in 2017 with everything that is happening in the world it is difficult for me to dive straight in without mentioning what has been going on. I really loved writing about my last Everyday Essentials: Kiehls Trio and it was so much fun to hear some of you who use those products. So I thought I would do another, this time focusing on the products I'm currently using every morning. Some of these products have been discontinued or have been re-packaged but when moving apartments I found several products I was gifted a while back that I was yet to try out!
You may not have time for a healthy-breakfast alternative and find it's quicker to grab that onion bagel from the Deli next door. You may find you're too tired to jump in the shower before bed or fit in that nighttime facial cleanse routine, instead, collapsing on the bed as soon as you walk in from your day. That's why I find it some much easier to have certain things in my bag everyday to make sure that I run like an efficient and well-oiled machine
